These draft terms cover the EgoClip informational website and early-access enquiries. EgoClip is presented by Harmone. The legal contracting entity and effective date must be confirmed before these terms are published as binding terms.
Hardware purchases, subscriptions and paid contributor projects require their own applicable agreements. These website terms do not establish a purchase, employment relationship, contributor engagement or data license.
2. Early access and availability
Submitting an enquiry or joining an early-access list expresses interest. It does not guarantee an invitation, device availability, delivery date, price or paid work. Product features and availability may change during development. Any offer will provide its applicable conditions separately.
3. Acceptable use
Use the website lawfully and provide accurate information when contacting us. Do not interfere with its operation, bypass access restrictions, introduce malicious code, impersonate others or infringe another person’s rights. Do not submit private recordings or sensitive personal information through general contact forms.
4. Recordings and contributor projects
Do not treat this website as permission to record other people, workplaces or private spaces. A contributor must follow applicable recording and privacy rules and obtain required permissions.
Before joining a project, review its separate agreement for permitted content, review and removal controls, ownership and license terms, AI training or research uses, recipients and withdrawal limits. These terms grant no rights in your recordings.
5. Earnings and payments
Examples, statistics and descriptions on the website are informational and do not guarantee individual earnings. Eligibility, accepted submissions, rates, payment timing, taxes, fees and any rejection or dispute process must be specified in a separate project agreement. An early-access request alone does not create a right to payment.
6. Website content and intellectual property
The website’s branding, designs, text and media are owned by their respective rights holders. You may view the website for personal or internal informational purposes. These terms do not grant a license to reuse branding or distribute protected materials except where permission or applicable law allows it.
7. Privacy and external links
Read the Privacy Policy for the proposed treatment of website information. External websites and services have their own terms and privacy practices. References or links do not make those services part of EgoClip.
8. Availability and responsibility
The website may be updated, interrupted or contain errors. Information about developing products should be confirmed before you rely on it for a purchase or project. Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer rights.
9. Changes and disputes
Final terms will identify their effective date and the contracting entity. Material changes should be communicated as required by applicable law. Contact us first if a concern arises so it can be reviewed. Any governing-law, venue or dispute-resolution provision must be finalized for the operator and the regions served; this draft does not impose arbitration or a waiver of legal rights.
